Creative Consulting was formed in 1996 to provide networking and web services to clients in the Washington D.C./Baltimore area. In 2002, the base of operations moved along with president of the company, Andrew Rice, to idyllic Palm Coast, Florida, and the company shifted its core focus to web design and development.
